Peaches the Skunk – Play Time
This is my domestic skunk, Peaches the Skunk, playing her favorite game. “Stink Me”. She fuzzes all up like a scared cat, then charges you, stomps her feet they scoots back dragging her feet and claws making a loud scratching noise, then points both her head and her business end at you in the ready, set SPRAY mode… then I pat my hand on the floor and the game begins again. Peaches loves to play this game.

@XSE256 But. . in the UK, it is ILLEGAL to descent a skunk. . . but you can get them descented anyways. . . At least if it bites someone, there is no worries about catching rabies. . . as rabies have been extinct here for some time, now.

@StacyJRobertson Domesticated skunks have the glands that produce the chemical surgically removed, so no worries there lol
Does she ever spray you? Is there a way to de-funk them?
Time to have her odor gland removed.

Love skunks!!!! I have 3 wonderful little ferrets. . not the same but the closest you get if you want a legal pet.
they are so much fun!! Very playful like your peaches. 
@Ashenicky2009 Same here! Plus, I volunteer at the Wildlife Sanctuary, so I get to hold them and stuff.

@rainsfurkids I would not want to anser your questions, but the local vet, and call more then one, would give you that info and tell you where to go to find out about Skunks. ”Skunks-R-Us” maybe. Good Luck. .

What is the smallest hole they can fit through?
Do they chew/eat cables, wires?
Do the climb a lot? Heard that they are not good climbers,they can fall break a leg.
